By using the Solulu app or this website you agree to these terms.
The license
The license to the Solulu iOS app itself is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These Terms supplement that EULA: they govern the Solulu service, subscriptions, generated content, this website, and support.
Solulu is provided by Negbeta Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, contactable at support@solulumethod.com.
What Solulu is (and is not)
Solulu creates personalized manifestation videos for visualization and personal practice, using the answers and media you choose to provide. Your mind movies are AI-generated. They are not predictions, guarantees, or promises about any person or outcome, and Solulu is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or someone you trust.
Subscription
Solulu is a weekly auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID. An active subscription provides access to your mind movies and up to three fresh mind movies each week. New movies progress from your previous movies; generation and release times can vary. Continued access requires an active subscription. There is no free trial. The current localized price is shown in the app and in Apple's purchase sheet before you buy, is charged at purchase, and renews every week unless canceled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Solulu). Deleting the app or deleting your Solulu data does not cancel billing; only cancelling the subscription does. Your subscription is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on other devices with Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service, attempt to extract or resell its content at scale, reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully. Your movies are for personal viewing in Solulu. The app does not offer downloads or exports. Upload only media you have the right and any necessary permission to use, including photos of other people. Do not use the service to impersonate, harass or harm another person. Solulu is for adults aged 18 and over.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Solulu is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date.
