Privacy Policy

Solulu is provided by Negbeta Limited. This policy explains how the Solulu iOS app and solulumethod.com use your information.

What we collect

Our analytics events do not contain your answers, names, photos, generated content or signed media links. We do not record your screen, collect an advertising identifier, sell your information or share it with advertisers.

AI processing and service providers

Before you submit personal content, setup asks for your permission to use AI. Relevant answers and media are sent to these services to create your personalized content:

Solulu does not train its own AI models on your content. Some AI providers may retain and use submitted content to train or improve their models under their linked terms. We do not publish your answers or personal movies to a public feed.

Retention and deletion

We keep your answers, chosen photos and generated content while you use Solulu. App analytics is retained for no more than 12 months and operational logs for at most 7 days.

Open Settings from your movie timeline and choose Delete My Data to erase your answers, photos, movies and the usage analytics linked to your app identifier. If you cannot reach your timeline, contact us for help with deletion. Requests are completed within 30 days; short-lived database backups expire within a further 30 days. Provider processing and retention remain subject to their terms.

After deletion we keep a limited record that contains none of your answers, photos or movies: your app identifier marked as deleted, security records that stop a deleted account from being reused, and the cost and service records of AI work done for you. We keep these for up to 12 months to keep Solulu secure, check provider charges and prevent misuse. RevenueCat keeps your subscription and purchase history for as long as needed for billing, refunds and financial records. We may keep statistics that cannot identify you.

Deleting Solulu data or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple Account subscription settings. For help with your data, contact support@solulumethod.com. If available, include your Support ID from Settings in Solulu so we can find your account.

Legal basis and international processing

We process information needed to provide your subscription under our contract with you. We ask for your consent before sharing your answers and media with AI services. We rely on legitimate interests to maintain security, diagnose problems and improve the app, and on legal obligations for records we must keep.

Our providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their linked terms describe their international processing and transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you can request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Contact support@solulumethod.com to exercise these rights. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority.

You choose which photos to share through Apple's photo picker. Solulu does not read your entire photo library. You can choose not to continue with AI processing, although personalized movies require it.

This website

This website runs no ad trackers or analytics cookies. Google Fonts may receive technical request information when fonts load. Solulu is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
